Can you copy any design I send?
Almost anything that fits on a nail. Every set is hand-painted, so small variations in color, charm placement or brushwork are part of the handmade charm. We don’t reproduce trademarked logos.
How long does a custom set take?
We confirm your design within 24 hours, hand-paint it in 1–4 business days (1–2 with Rush), then ship with tracking in 6–12 business days to the U.S.
What if I chose the wrong design level?
No problem. We review every request before painting. If it’s simpler, we refund the difference; if it needs more work, we’ll email you an upgrade link — you can also cancel for a full refund at that point.
Can I return a custom set?
Because each set is made just for you, custom orders can’t be returned for change of mind. If there’s a production flaw or the sizes don’t match the measurements you gave us, we’ll remake it free or refund you.
What’s included?
10 hand-made nails in your sizes, nail glue, adhesive tabs, a mini file, a cuticle stick and a prep pad — plus a photo of your set before it leaves our workshop.
