Are your press-on nails really handmade?
Yes. Every set is hand-painted and finished with gel by nail artists in our partner workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, and made after you order in the size and shape you choose. Because they are handmade, small variations from the photos are normal.
What's in a set?
Each set includes 10 handmade nails in your chosen size and shape, plus nail glue, adhesive tabs, a mini file, a cuticle stick and a prep pad.
Which shapes and sizes can I choose?
Most designs come in 9 shapes — Short Round, Short Square, Short Coffin, Almond, Long Round, Long Square, Long Oval, Long Coffin and Stiletto — and 4 sizes (XS, S, M, L). Each product page has a size guide in millimeters (thumb to pinky) with a quick fit finder. Not sure? Email us and we'll help you pick.
How long do they last? Can I reuse them?
Up to 3 weeks with glue (depending on prep and daily activities) and 1–3 days with adhesive tabs. With gentle removal (soak in warm soapy water with a little oil), you can clean and wear them again. See our How to Apply guide.
How long does shipping take, and how much is it?
Production takes 1–3 business days, then tracked transit from Vietnam to the U.S. takes 6–12 business days — about 7–15 business days in total. Standard shipping is $4.95 and FREE on orders of $50 or more. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Every order includes tracking. See our Shipping Policy.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. The price at checkout is final — you won't be asked to pay customs duties or import fees on delivery.
What is your return policy?
Unused sets in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, nails that have been worn, glued or filed can't be returned. If a set arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us photos within 7 days and we'll remake it for free or refund you — no need to send it back. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. Email us with your order number.
How do the multi-set discounts work?
Every set gets 5% off. Mix any designs: 2 sets save 15%, 3 sets save 20%, and 4 or more save 25%. Discounts are applied automatically in your bag and at checkout — no code needed.
