Every Nail Art Supply set is handmade to order by nail artists in our partner workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, and shipped directly from Vietnam to your address in the United States. Please review the timelines below before ordering.
1. Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or to addresses outside the United States.
2. Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping — $4.95 per order
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts)
This is the only shipping option we offer. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no other shipping fees.
3. Processing (handling) time — 1–3 business days
Because each set is made by hand after you order, production and quality check take 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start production the next business day.
4. Transit time — 7–10 business days
After your order ships from Vietnam, transit to the United States takes 7–10 business days with a tracked international shipping service; your package is handed to a U.S. carrier for final delivery.
Total estimated delivery time = processing (1–3 business days) + transit (7–10 business days), about 8–13 business days from the day you order. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day) or because of customs or carrier delays outside our control.
5. Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show the first update after the label is created.
6. Customs, duties & taxes
Your order ships from Vietnam to the United States. The price you pay at checkout is final: you will not be asked to pay customs duties or import fees on delivery.
7. Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
8. Lost, delayed or incomplete orders
- If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 5 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will remake and reship your order for free or give you a full refund — your choice.
- If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the package.
