Mark both edges where the nail meets the skin.
Lay the tape on a ruler and read the width in mm.

How do I find my size?
Each set comes in 4 sizes (XS, S, M, L). Open the size guide on this page for measurements in mm and a 2-minute fit finder. Between sizes? Choose the larger one and gently file the sides if needed.
How long do they last?
Up to 3 weeks with nail glue, or 1–2 days with adhesive tabs. Wear time depends on prep and daily activities, so wear gloves for dishes and cleaning.
Will they damage my natural nails?
No drilling, UV lamp or acetone needed. To remove, soak your hands in warm soapy water for a few minutes and gently lift from the side. If a nail resists, soak a few more minutes. Never force or pry.
Can I reuse them?
Yes. After removing, gently clean the glue off the back of each nail and store the set in its case to wear again.
